    Balaboosta works with all of our clientele to create custom menus for each and every event.

    Buffet, Sit down, Family Style. Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free, Kosher Style- we can do it all!

    We source our ingredients locally whenever possible. Think Global, Shop Local is our motto!

    Balaboosta works with a number of local farms, makers and producers including Whatley Farm, Six River Farm, Apple Creek Farm, Winter Hill Farm, Fairwinds Farm. Spears Farm, Coppertail Farm, Spring Day Creamery, Bread and Blossom, Ritual Bake House, Hootenanny Bakery and more.

    Our job is to allow you to participate in your event, to be present for your clients, friends, families, donors, employees etc.

    Service matters to us, it matters that we leave your kitchen spotless, that you and your guests feel cared for during your event, that guests are treated with respect and that the food arrives on time with grace.
